Assists Parishes with Cyclical Maintenance and Building Projects.

Schools Property Manager
Works with Boards of Trustees and Principals to deliver capital maintenance and upgrades for school property. Plans and manages growth pressures across the Diocese, and meets the Proprietor's property obligations under the Integration Act.
John Coulam
Schools Education Manager
Support for Boards of Trustees and Principals with all matters pertaining to the school's special Catholic Character. Overseeing the work of the Diocesan Education team ensuring that schools are compliant with their obligations under the Education and Training Act 2020.

Supports and helps strengthen Catholic special character across the diosesan schools with the main emphasis on faith and leadership development of principals and teachers of the religious education curriculum, Tō Tātou Whakapono Our Faith.
