By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Products and pricing
We aim to ensure that all book descriptions, images and prices on our website are accurate and up to date. Prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD).All orders are subject to availability. If a book becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to discuss the available options, including a refund where appropriate.
2. Placing and paying for an order
When placing an order, please ensure that your contact details and order information are correct.Your order will be processed once payment has been received and the order has been confirmed. You will receive confirmation of your order using the contact details you provide.
If you believe there is an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
3. Collection from a parish
At checkout, you may select an available parish as your preferred collection point.Please wait until you receive notification that your order is ready before travelling to collect it. Collection arrangements and timeframes may vary depending on the parish selected.
Parishes act as collection points and may have limited opening hours or collection availability. Please follow the collection instructions provided in your order confirmation or collection notification.
If you are unable to collect your order, please contact the Diocese to arrange an alternative.
4. Cancellations, returns and refunds
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will let you know whether the order can still be cancelled.We do not generally offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. However, your rights under New Zealand consumer law remain unaffected.
If a book is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not match its description, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other applicable laws.
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be made to the original payment method.
5. Privacy
We collect and use the personal information you provide to process your order, arrange collection, contact you about your purchase and provide customer support.Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable New Zealand privacy law. We will only share information where necessary to fulfil your order, operate the bookshop or meet our legal obligations.
