Power Rebate
You may choose to donate a portion of your power rebate to your Parish
Some parishioners have chosen to donate a portion of their power rebate to their Parish. This generous gesture is very much appreciated during times when the parish running costs are higher with increased heating and electricity costs.
As with all donations, you will be entitled to receive one third of your donation back when you claim your donation tax rebate from the Inland Revenue Department.

How to claim a power rebate or discount
A number of electricity networks in New Zealand provide a dividend, discount or rebate to customers who have an actively consuming ICP (Installation Control Point number) on their network.
Look for this on your electricity bill, and follow the instructions from your Power company to claim this rebate.
