Schools Attendance Dues

Catholic Integrated Schools are financed partly by the government and partly through attendance dues paid by the parents'/caregivers to the Proprietor, through this office, the Catholic Integrated Schools Office (CISO).

Preference Cards

If you are enrolling your child in a Catholic school, you will be asked to provide a Preference of Enrolment Certificate (Preference Card). A Preference Card confirms that your child meets the criteria for preference of enrolment in a Catholic school.

Information for Boards of Trustees

The Board governs the school; the Principal runs it on a day-to-day basis, in accordance with Board policies. The Catholic Schools Office can comment and advise Trustees on Catholic Character matters, but all other queries about governing a school should be directed to the NZSTA.

Information for Teachers

The Religious Education Advisors oversee the delivery of the National Religious Education Curriculum in all Catholic primary and secondary schools within the diocese. They provide schools with supporting resources, oversee the professional development of school staff, provide opportunities for ongoing formation in the faith of those working in the schools and assist Te Kupenga - Catholic Theological College by promoting various tertiary papers/course in Theology, Scripture, Spirituality, Religious Education and Catholic Character.
